Paul Kelly, a native of North Carolina, studied philosophy and literature in college. Three months after graduating, he found himself teaching Latin to high school students and having lots of fun (even if they weren’t). Paul went on to earn a MA in philosophy from Boston College and spent the next 12 years teaching and tutoring in the humanities. Paul taught at Salem State College and directed the humanities department at Covenant Christian Academy, where he led the development of a Scholars program and a school-wide course of rhetorical studies. In 2010 he received the Distinguished Faculty award. Paul started Philosophy4 in 2009 to provide camps, tutorials, and seminars in the humanities. Paul currently lives in Rockport, MA with his wife and 3 children.
